Pre-Implementation

A successful implementation starts long before we come in to install your new software.  A detailed implementation plan identifying key dates and responsibilities is critical to a timely and successful install.  We will also help you identify changes in your existing business processes that will help you get the most of your new system.

Data Conversion

If the thought of manual data conversion is keeping you from upgrading your existing systems, we have the tools and experience to eliminate that concern completely.  The data migration tools available with Sage MAS 90, 200 and 500 allow us to electronically convert most of your critical data, virtually eliminating the time-consuming and labor-intensive process of manual data conversion.

Training

Without the necessary training, you will never reap the full benefits of your new system.  Our on-site training is customized for each implementation to make sure you gain the necessary experience and confidence to properly utilize your new system.  And our training doesn't stop once implementation is complete.  We offer Sage Software Certified training so that you can continue to learn as your needs change and organization grows.

Ongoing Support

Customization

Using the outstanding suite of Productivity Tools included with your MAS 90, 200, or 500 system, you can tailor screens and reports to meet the specific needs of your company.  However, if you don’t have the time or resources required to perform your own customization, we will utilize the Custom Office module, Crystal Reports®, FRx, Visual Integrator and other ODBC-compliant tools to help get more out of your system.  We also have access to thousands of pre-written general and industry specific enhancements that allow you to tailor the system to your specific needs.
